本隐私政策说明 Cycle Life Advisor（以下简称「本应用」）如何访问、使用与保护你的信息。使用本应用即表示你同意本政策。若你不同意，请停止使用本应用。
1. 我们访问的数据
本应用以只读方式从 Apple「健康」读取数据，用于计算周期阶段与生成生活向建议；不会向健康 App 写入任何数据。可能读取的类型包括但不限于：
- 月经周期相关（如经期开始日期、流量等）
- 经期症状（如痉挛、腹胀、头痛等）
- 心率变异性（HRV）、静息心率
- 日照时长、锻炼时间、步数、活动消耗热量等
- 身高、体重、出生日期、生理性别
- 体能训练记录
2. 我们如何使用数据
- 判断当前月经周期阶段，并在界面中展示
- 结合你的档案与健康指标，生成饮食、运动、情绪、睡眠等生活向参考建议（不构成医疗诊断或治疗）
- 在设备本地形成个人健康档案摘要，以改善使用体验
所有处理均服务于本应用核心功能，不用于广告画像或与本功能无关的目的。
3. 数据存储
- 健康相关数据主要保存在你的设备本地
- 对话记录默认保存在设备本地
- 本应用不要求注册账户，也不提供由我们运营的云端健康档案存储
- 若使用小组件（Widget），相关数据仅在应用与扩展之间、于设备内共享
4. 网络传输与第三方
为生成 AI 建议，本应用可能通过我们的后端代理向 AI 服务发送已脱敏的上下文（例如当前周期阶段、部分汇总指标），用于生成文本建议。
- 不会发送原始 HealthKit 记录副本、姓名或可单独识别你身份的信息
- 不会出售你的数据，亦不使用第三方广告或常用追踪分析 SDK 对你进行跨 App 追踪
AI 能力由第三方模型服务商提供（例如通过我们代理调用的服务）；我们仅传输完成功能所必需的最少信息。
5. 你的选择与删除
- 可在 iOS「设置」中撤销对本应用的健康数据授权
- 可在应用内重置档案、清除对话历史（以应用内实际选项为准）
- 卸载本应用将删除存储于本应用沙盒内的本地数据
6. 儿童
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。若你为监护人并认为我们不当处理了儿童信息，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
7. 政策变更
我们可能不定期更新本政策。更新后的版本将发布于本页面，并以「最后更新」日期标示。请定期查阅。

This Privacy Policy explains how Cycle Life Advisor (“the App”) accesses, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. Data we access
The App reads data from Apple Health in read-only mode to determine your cycle phase and generate lifestyle-oriented suggestions. We do not write any data to Health. Categories may include:
- Menstrual cycle data (e.g., period start dates, flow)
- Menstrual symptoms (e.g., cramps, bloating, headache)
- Heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate
- Daylight time, exercise minutes, step count, active energy, and related metrics
- Height, weight, date of birth, biological sex
- Workout history
2. How we use data
- To determine and display your current menstrual cycle phase
- To generate lifestyle-oriented reference suggestions (diet, exercise, mood, sleep) together with your profile and metrics — not medical diagnosis or treatment
- To maintain an on-device summary profile to improve your experience
Processing is limited to core App functionality. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or unrelated purposes.
3. Storage
- Health-related data is stored primarily on your device
- Chat history is stored on your device by default
- No account is required; we do not operate a cloud health record for you
- If you use widgets, data is shared only between the App and its extensions on your device
4. Networking and third parties
To generate AI suggestions, the App may send minimized, de-identified context (e.g., cycle phase, aggregated metrics) through our backend proxy to an AI service.
- We do not transmit raw HealthKit exports, your name, or data that directly identifies you
- We do not sell your data. We do not use third-party advertising or common cross-app tracking SDKs to track you
AI capabilities are provided by a third-party model vendor (accessed via our proxy). We only send the minimum information needed to perform this function.
5. Your choices and deletion
- You can revoke Health access for the App in iOS Settings
- You can reset your profile or clear chat history where available in the App
- Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data in the App sandbox
6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have processed a child’s information improperly, contact us at the email below.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
